GF White Bread?!! YUM!

So, I finally decided to make this and though a little sweet, it does compare with the soft, white, buttermilk farmhouse loaves you can buy at the store... only this one is gluten-free.

GF BUTTERMILK FARMHOUSE YEAST BREAD
Wet:
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. + 1 T Water
1 c. Buttermilk

Dry:
1 c. garbanzo bean flour / or bean flour mix (I used fava/garbanzo)
1 c. millet flour
1/2 c. potato starch
1/2 c. tapioca flour
3 1/2 t Xanthan Gum
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 t salt
2 t. powdered eggs
1 package yeast

Mix wet ingredients together.  ix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.  Add wet to dry and mix by hand until just blended.  Put into a loaf pan (9x5x3) and proof at room temp all day or in a warm oven for 45 minutes.  Bake at 325 for 1 hour (check after 45).  The top will be dark, but the inside is moist and light.
