Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 2/3 c. Almond meal1/4 c. Coconut oil (room temp) 2 tbs. honey (or agave/maple syrup for vegan) 1 1/2 tsp. gluten free vanilla extract 2 pinches of sea salt 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 c. Chocolate chips (vegan optional) Combine almond meal, coconut oil and honey in a standing mixer on medium high for two to three minutes until completely blended. Add vanilla, salt and baking soda and mix to combine. Add chips and roll into golf ball sized balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 7-10 mins. |
