Day 2: Whole 30

Thankfully, I took an extra day off this week... I spent some much needed time sleeping, as well as cleaning. There is still party residue, but I get the whole week to ride out the birthday partying.

So, day 2 consisted of a leftover pork chop with apple sauce, and some leftover steelhead on a salad. I snacked on strawberries, dates and coconut water.
